Nina was happy in marriage until she found out that her husband Vadim fell in love with another woman. Now he plans to divorce and take their daughter from her.
Nina takes the child and runs away. Michael, a driver who agreed to give her a ride and imbued with her problems, brings Nina and her daughter to his hometown Sineozyorsk. Nina gets a job of a maid at a local guest house. She is sure that her husband will never find her here…
